It's Wednesday, so I must have done Cedar Butte! Today I did 3 repeats of the Cedar Butte trail. It gains about 800' over 1.3 miles. I averaged about 18:30 minutes up and 12 minutes down each time and didn't fall once!
You must be really speedy on the downhills. I'm sure you're speedy going uphill too. I'm just noticing the difference.

I'm not so speedy on the ups, but I'm trying to get fast on the downhills. Now I'm suffering from some pretty good patellofemoral syndrome (pain in the knees) though.
I doubt you can beat your 10K PR? In fact I think that is a world record isn't it? Maybe 37:55???
Dang you were going fast on that one!! Good thing the roads were closed or you woulda got a ticket for speeding!!
