Helloooooo McFly! Your body is telling you something and you can do like I did last year and run through it and end up taking a lot of forced time off or take a little now to let it get better...knees are a precious thing!

Haha! Mostly it's telling me something changed with my running. I'm making the appropriate modifications in response though. I'm cutting out most of my hill/trail running and staying on the flats for a while. Also I've shelved my lightweight trail flats for a while. I have high hopes that these changes will solve the problem.
