For whatever reason my left foot seems to get worse when I run in my Rider shoes - I think. I'm going to take them out of circulation for an extended period of time to test my observation.

Today was another day of reveling in beating the weatherman. The sky broke from clouds to sun by the end of my short,  muddy, rocky trail run.

So do you prefer the clouds? I'm happy when I'm able to get out in the morning and it's dry and then a little later it starts snowing.
