Yeah, so the weather has been terrific the last couple of days. Have I got any bike rides in? No. I'm now four weeks without running, and my foot still stabs me once in a while which makes me think it needs a little more time. These tendon things take forever!

I did take my daughter's unused heavy bag and hang it downstairs yesterday. I found beating that thing is a great workout for the upper body and cardio - but not so much for the legs. And it's good for working out aggressions (if you have any)!

I got in a relatively damp mountain bike ride with Cherie and Kathleen this morning. We biked the Snoqualmie Valley trail for about 19 miles. I didn't mind missing part of the Husky vs. Oregon football game :)

I'm going to try out my foot this Saturday with a short TM run I think!
