I'm already dreading the TM each day. After another 2 miles this morning I'm mentally ready to be running outside. Maybe if I walk down the steep downhill and stay on flat, stable footing I can try running outside again? I think that's what I'll try tomorrow.
I followed up the 2 mile TM with several minutes on the heavy bag again. That's the only benefit of the TM - the bag is right there when I'm done! |
